I ship orders on business days ( Monday - Friday).
All orders are processed and shipped 1-3 business days from the date of your payment.
Shipping usually takes 7 to 10 days to the U.S.A and other long distance destinations, sometimes longer if it's held up by customs.
Depending on your country of residence, you may need to pay customs, duties or taxes on your purchase.
I will ship to your Paypal address unless you contact me to request otherwise.
If your purchase is a gift for someone and you would like me to post it directly to them as a surprise, just let me know the relevant details!
If you would like to have your item insured and tracked, please contact me and I can determine the price. Any extra cost of shipping this way is paid by the buyer. Once shipped, I will email you with your tracking number.
 
Returns and Refunds

I do my best to accurately represent all of my work through my photos and descriptions. If for some reason you receive something you are not 100% happy with please let me know within 7 days of receiving your order if you would like to return it for a refund. Please contact me before returning any items. No returns are accepted without prior arrangement. Once your item has been returned, as long as it has arrived safely and unused, I will refund the cost of the item. Return shipping costs to be paid by the customer.
